     This is the second in a series of my short articles published in "Strate Gems" in 2006. The theme is "Black battery transformations after Bivalve underpromtions in Selfmates".

Thank you Ram. But actually in No.5 is no white battery transformation. There is combination of Black battery transformations after Bivalve uderpromotions and Zabunov theme by the white side. The combination of white and black battery transformations is presented in No.8. Both selfmates present the thematic complexes shown for the first time!

Indeed you right Mr. Diyan. But I assumed that Zabunov theme is a special case of battery transformation, in that the front piece of a battery later forms a new battery with a new front piece ! But I see that by the term "Battery transformation" you intend that the rear piece should be constant with front piece only changing.
