#2 v                       (12+8)

    1.Se6? (2.Bb8# A)

1...Qxd5 2.Qf4#

1...fxe6 2.Rxe6# B

1...Qxc4!

   1.Bxf7! (2.Re6# B)

1...Sxd4 2.Bb8# A

1...Sf4 2.Sxf3#

1...Qxc6+ 2.Sxc6#

1...Qd5 2.Qg3#

Dont miss the non-thematic try 1.Sdb5? (2.Bb8#) 1...Qxd5! with the nice mate 1...Qxc4 2.f6#!

The only weakness of this fine problem is that the key is stronger than the try! (Seetharaman)

The main theme here is the lively half-pinning, not the PLG . As in most cases, PLG is only a link between two phases, especially when achieved with banal capturing and recapturing. From my point of view, the try 1.Sdb5? is quite thematic, concerning thematic defences 1...Q:c4 and 1...Q:d5, its only weakness being unused half-pin.
