JULIA’S FAIRIES - TT 2012

julia   The site Julia’s Fairies announces its 1st  Thematic Tourney JULIA’S FAIRIES - HSP 2012.

   Theme: Help-self problems (HSP) of any possible types: Help-self mates (HS#), HS=, HS==, HR#, HR=, etc. in any number of moves with battery-play with fairy elements.

All pieces (white, black, neutral, half-neutral, etc) and conditions are allowed. The thematic “Fairy element” (pieces, conditions) should be demonstrated in play at least in one battery or (plus) anti-battery of any type. The problems should be computer-tested.

Yes, WCCT problems are with critical moves anti-batteries, so the thematic complex looks fine for this tourney, but I expect more interesting and original ideas there.

haha, it's a good question :) Actually I prefer a regular one with a lot of sugar :) And... Shankar Ram - welcome to the kobulchess comments. Some days ago Seetharaman inform us that you did not composing from a long time ago. I hope you will do it again and we will see your new (fairy) problems soon!
